Important: this project has been designed as a side project. It is an open-source side project built for learning purposes with free API keys — nothing else. The developer will not be responsible for anything that happens with this project.

1. Data we collect

  • Account details: name, email address, mobile number and password when you register or log in.
  • KYC details: gender, date of birth, address, Aadhaar number, PAN number, bank name, account details, IFSC code, and photos of your Aadhaar card, PAN card and a selfie.
  • Contact messages: name, email and message text if you use the contact form.
  • Technical data: login sessions and basic error logs needed to keep the site running.

2. How we use it

Your details are used only to create and protect your account, verify identity through KYC, and respond to messages. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Where it is stored

Account data lives in the application's database. KYC document photos are uploaded over encrypted connections and stored with Cloudinary, a trusted cloud file provider. No personal data is ever sent to the market-data providers (Binance, Twelve Data) — those only supply public prices.

4. Sessions and cookies

The site uses a session cookie to keep you logged in and to remember registration progress. It contains no personal details and expires when you log out or after inactivity.

5. Data retention and deletion

Account and KYC data is kept while your account exists. To request deletion of your data, contact us via the contact page from your registered email address.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
