Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026. The rules for using Trade World.

Important: this project has been designed as a side project. It is an open-source side project built for learning purposes with free API keys — nothing else. The developer will not be responsible for anything that happens with this project.

1. Acceptance

By registering, logging in, or browsing this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Side-project nature

Trade World is provided strictly as-is, for learning and demonstration. There are no uptime guarantees, no support SLAs, and features or data feeds may change or stop working at any time without notice.

3. Not financial advice

Prices, charts and percentages shown here are market information only — not financial advice, recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell anything. Always do your own research before making financial decisions.

4. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate details when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private.
  • One account per person; accounts with false KYC details may be removed.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site or its data feeds.
  • Do not upload anything unlawful or anyone else's documents as your own.
  • Do not copy or resell the site's content or data feeds.

6. Market data accuracy

Market data comes from free third-party feeds and caching. Prices may be delayed, approximate, or temporarily unavailable (for example, forex pauses on weekends). Do not rely on them for real trading decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of — or inability to use — this project, including any reliance on its market data.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version. Questions? Use the contact page.
